Refund Policy
If you receive the wrong product it will be replaced.
If you are not satisfied with the product you purchase from us, we will either offer a replacement or you may return it for a refund.
At the end of the day, we want to ensure you are happy with our products and services.
Shipping
We try to get your on-line order into your hands as soon as we are able. We ship globally, usually three times a week. Orders normally arrive in less than a week within North America and about 7 to 10 days to overseas destinations. It is possible that international orders may be delayed at customs… this is rare, but has happened. We take care to label your shipment correctly for quick passage through international borders.
Taxes
We are a legitimate business and as such are required to collect sales tax within Canada. We collect:
- British Columbia – PST and GST
- Nova Scotia, New Brunswick, and Newfoundland and Labrador – HST
- The remainder of Canada – GST
